Before I picked up my truck, I was told I was going to be upgraded for free to a 15’ because the 10’ truck I reserved was unavailable. That’s fine, and actually very helpful, but then when I got there, they did just end up giving me a 10’ truck. Next, they tell you to confirm the gas gage is accurate to what is recorded on the contract. My contract said 3/8 full when it was actually only a 1/4.
