the csr was nice but the person in the storage the name was joshua he was very helpful and polite
- I paid probably around 2500 to U-haul by the time I was done and you just keep my gas money?! Yet if it was UNDER you would have charged me a fortune. I'm quite angry about that to be honest!!!!! I was travelling long distance and couldn't risk not having the tank almost full between cities. You should refund the gas for this!! - You should have garbage/recycling around where people are unloading trucks for storage or some way to wash things.
