What a terrible experience. Donald Dobine was the only one that was there, and let me tell you, every single word out of that man's mouth was, for lack of worse words, complaing. Complaining about his job, his life, the other customers to their face, me to my face. Working at a UHaul appears dead easy to me, and they probably don't pay much because of that. Most of the time I think employees are payed too little for the good work they do. Here I can say, whatever Uhaul pays Donald, it's too much
My service was seamless. I completed request online. Upon my arrival, Keith Love was a great help. His customer service went above and beyond expectations. Will use this Uhaul location again.
Great Uhaul rental store. I rented a small trailer to move some shrubs over the weekend. The employees were fast and very professional.
Excellent location and excellent customer service
Drove in from Lansing. Scheduled pickup was at 1pm. We arrived at 2pm and the trailer we had reserved was never returned so there was no trailer to pick up. No notifications, no warning just 'Lol sorry'. Had to ask guy to find us another trailer which seemed like a big effort for him.
