Made an easy reservation on line and input all needed information on line so check-in with Brittany was quick and easy. So quick that I forgot my driver's license and she called me after I had pulled away to let me know if would be waiting for me when I returned the trailer. She was awesome, friendly and very helpful. Returning was just as easy and painless! What a great experience today!!!! John D
