Rented a truck through this place and returned it a little late because I extended my rental did a mobile return on the app and dropped the keys in the Dropbox like it said some girl called my phone and said where’s the key.. umm hello and who are you?? The key was in the drop box where it told me to put it. Very rude will never rent a U-Haul from this location ever again. Go somewhere else
