My experience was great! The evening before I needed the tuck I went online to find a location and filled out the stuff online. The morning of was really smooth as well. I went in Blaine was very helpful and patient. He explained everything to me, gave me my keys and I was good to go. I checked the truck before I left, the AC, radio worked.
