5 Stars for this location. I had originally reserved a truck at the Helena location. I arrived and noticed no trucks in site. Went inside the guy initially ignored me. Then when I told what I was there for he started looking for keys said he couldn't find them. Went outside to drop box to look. His coworker decided to help. Walk to where he initially looked and without moving anything grab some keys and said here they are. They only had a 10' truck. Friendly people who aren't hung up on the little things
Went to pick up my rental truck. When I got there, there was several people in front of me. There was only one person at the counter. I felt bad for him because he was quite busy trying to handle everything himself. Once I got to him, he helped me pretty quickly. He gets 5 stars. U-Haul gets one star. So the rating is in the middle. U-Haul hire more people and get this guy the help he needs and deserves.
