Rachel at the Versailles location was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I use U Haul exclusively for my needs and this is exactly why I do!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made a reservation a week in advance to do a late night pick up for a van, got called 20 minutes before close the day of pickup only to be told that this location doesn’t do late night pick up. Asked how we were able to make the reservation on the first place if this location doesn’t offer this service, was met with “I don’t know”. These people are the worst . You call to find out information; then the day of your rental it’s like all H-LL breaks loose. If you’re prepared to be lied to ; let down, and mostly ignored .. you will love this place . They will mess up your reservation and then lie to you about it . What ever you do don’t expect anything to go correctly . Good luck - run away

I needed three different sized boxes for moving televisions. Danielle was so helpful when I called for information and also when I went in to purchase them. She was trying to help me load the largest box in my suv and it wasn’t going to fit! Another employee, Mike Niece, pulled up and saw the issue. He volunteered to take the box to my son’s house in Georgetown from Versailles. I have had such amazing customer service! They went over and beyond to help us and we really appreciate it!
