I rented a small U-Haul and did a one way trip from Napa. When I arrived here to drop off my U-Haul I was greeted by a charismatic woman named Charity. The return process was easy and fast. I was sweating bullets as it was hot out and my face was beet red. Charity asked me if I wanted a water and a popsicle. That little bit of kindness really made my stressful day better. Charity’s kindness was so refreshing. Thank you. I definitely will be back and recommend this U-Haul.
