Horrible customer service from manager with dirty blonde hair, she looks older.
Charged me a cleaning fee although I had already cleaned my uhaul, the manager was rude and smelled like cat pee
Manager was very helpful and dealt with our problem quickly.
update: bought a king sized mattress bag. but it didnt bring the king size mattress bag. just the box bags. also their phone system doesnt work did the job. but never got my receipt.
Super easy to make an appointment online. Installers were polite & thankfully got it done under their original estimate ("under-promise, over-deliver!"). It's only been 3 days and I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but it seems sturdy and installed well.
