Everyone I've dealt with at the Truro location has been great to deal with. The GM Dave and Tracey have exceptional customer service and make moving a less painful experience. In the past I've bought several hitches, rented trucks, trailers and most recently their moving cubes. I figured it was about time they deserved a proper review.
Great staff. Clean facility and the trucks are always clean. We’ve rented trucks from here throughout the years and we’ll continue to come back when needed!
I accidentally left my house key in the vehicle when returning it. She called me right away and even sent me a photo by email since I don’t understand English well. She was so kind and helpful! At first, I wasn’t happy because the pick-up location and time were changed the day before, but her kindness completely changed my impression. Thank you so much!
My wife needed to rent a storage unit and the staff at the Truro location went out of their way to help her out. They were friendly and patient. Highly recommend this business.
We’ve had a couple storage units the last little bit. It was so easy and if you had any questions or problems, the manager, Tracy, was right on the ball. Just seeing her in action was incredible. She would be juggling a couple customers at a time, and made sure everyone was taken care of in a very timely manner Thank you Tracy !!!! Marie and Dave
