I had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul at this location. This is second time in a week happening to me. Even though I stayed within the allowed mileage and returned the vehicle on time, I was still charged extra fees that were never clearly explained upfront. The final bill did not match what I was expecting based on the original agreement. There seems to be a lack of transparency in how charges are calculated, which makes it hard to trust the pricing. Easy process, very friendly staff, fantastic experience for my first time renting
This has happened 3 times now! We made a reservation to rent a truck in Truro and they tried to change it on us so we would have to got to Halifax to pick it up! Do these guys have any sense at all? We're not going all the way to Halifax to rent a truck and go all the way back to drop it off. That's ridiculous! Uhaul do us a favor and develop some brain cells and stop trying to screw us over!
Veey good customer service! The representative that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The indoor storage units were very different however with the elevator and dollys it was all easily accessible
