So, I had a bad experience recently at this location, and it got me fuming and I let my fingers do the talking my angry mind was feeling at the time. In spite of my precious review, I've lowered this review to 2 stars for the simple FACT that Uhaul refuses to allow me to cut off my own lock with my own electric bolt cutter. I was told that if I dont have my key, im forced to pay a $50 fee for them to cut the lock off... I lost it... so basically if I Don't have $50 to pay for then to sue an angle grinder in my unit, im basically LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN UNIT. im still paying rent for a unit im not allowed to get into unless I pay their ransom fee to get to my own things...
