The staff were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I rented both a truck and a trailer, yet they were provided at two different locations, which was very inconvenient. When I asked an employee for basic assistance to simply attach the strap, I was told it would cost $50. Charging such an unreasonable fee for minimal help is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The three employees encountered in there on 2/21/2026 were all disappointing. Its has to be a leadership and training issue. Why do a good job when you can get paid for wearing air pods, mumbling and taking personal phone calls in front of customers?
Both owners accommodated me in scheduling and installing my hitch in an efficient and pleasant manner. I've been to quite a few U-Haul facilities in my life, and this one was by far the most complete and well-managed. I will always come back to them when I need U-Haul's services or products in the future.
