The rental experience was very easy and pain free. Five stars! I'd never used a trailer before and it was trouble-free as long as I was moving forward, but be careful when in reverse. I recommend practicing before hitting the road.

It's a very clean facility, but don't be late on your payments. Yes, I know. I was late, but after 1 day they harass you 3 phone calls a day, 3 text messages a day and 4 to 5 emails a day, until you pay. And after being 1 day late, a $30 late fee. So if you do rent from there pay on time, don't be late or you will be harassed.And hit with a thirty dollar late fee after one day.
