Need more counter help.
Everything was great here. Was in from out of town and needed both a truck and storage unit. It couldn't have been easier. Staff was excellent too.
Highly recommend. We were pleasantly surprised (more like shocked) as to how smoothly everything went at both pickup and drop-off. This was by far the best experience either one of us has ever had at a U-Haul location. Also, the female employee working the front desk when we arrived to pick-up the trailer was top tier— both in the office and while outside to help with the hookup.
Late summer 2026 I rented a U-Haul U-box and had it shipped from Amity OR to this location (Totowa NJ). This was the first time me (and my entire extended family) used this kind of service and the entire experience went smoothly (as perfect as it could)! The local Totowa NJ U-Haul center went above and beyond helping me start unloading my stuff in a timely manner, which was much appreciated. 100% recommend if you need to move cross-country!
