Extremely easy to reserve online and pick up a trailer. Minimal wait time for both pickup and drop off. Clean trailer with good tires - great experience and nice personnel at the office.

One of the worst customer service people in town, I looked online for a car hauler and Showed a availabiyon the website, I head down to the store from Crestview to this location and they were rude and told me they did not have the trailer available without even Loki g at the system. I decided to go to the location on Beal and they help me made the reservation for the trailer at the previous poor customer service location.
