I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I returned my U-Box early after being advised by a U-Haul representative that doing so could allow it to ship sooner. I specifically asked whether I needed to pay the shipping balance immediately to avoid any issues and was told no. Recent rental of a total of 10 miles. Yes, I forgot to put in the replacement gas, my bad. To be charged for five gallons at more than $30.00 is obscene. Tried to call and was left on hold for more than 34 minutes. Stay away.
