Monday June 30, 2025 at 12:15 p.m., while towing a 5x8 trailer I rented from your company, a tire blew out and caught on fire, requiring me to call 911 for emergency response. The fire was put out, but I have been stranded in the heat for over 4.5 hours waiting for roadside assistance. I immediately contacted your roadside team at 12:15, and was told a tow would be sent.
