Nobody values our time, to pick up 1 U-Box I stood at the door for 4.5 hours. The nigga said I'll come and load it now, then I walked for 4.5 hours
Made reservation for cargo van. Called day before to confirm that a van would be available. I arrived and no van available. Nobody called me to tell me this wouldn’t be available. I wasted my time and had to drive 30 minutes to another location. Does anybody here care?
Gabriel helped me with everything plus more. Could’ve paid her with all the help she provided with the moving. Lol. Great service with some great people!
