Do NOT waste your time. Total Disgrace of a Business This U-Haul location is the definition of unprofessional. We reserved a pickup truck online, got dropped off to pick it up, and only after arriving were we told it was “unavailable.” No call, no email, no notice — nothing. They didn’t care at all that I was stranded. No help, no offer to fix it, other than telling me to rent a massive box truck for hundreds of dollars more. Very knowledgeable and helpful when I needed to change my online reservation. Friendly staff. Clean and well lit.
I returned trailer rental and they did not put in the system. The next day I received a call from corporate stating trailer would be reported stolen. I explained what happened and they said they would call the local office. After I hung up I received a text from the local office that the trailer would be reported stolen. I called the local office and the manager said oh she was sorry, she didn’t see the trailer. I returned the trailer while she was there. Why did this happen?
