WOW! What a great experience. The lady at the front counter at the Uhaul store in Superior was friendly and fast! It was so easy to get a trailer here. I love the Uhaul website, too. Great experience!
Visit frequently. Great Service. No reason to buy a truck when you have uhaul.
The service rep from Friday, November 29, 2025 in the store was totally rude and obnoxious. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever felt. Not a win for U-Haul on this day...
