UPDATE - great customer service with “the Boss Lady” fixed & corrected (simple issue with security card) in less than 5 minutes - would recommend coming in on Thursday (when she is available) WoW - Super Poor Customer Service!!! Given an access “Key” card that does Not Work! Has never worked & Told if I brought my card in they could fix or replace it - when I do (with the same person who witnessed the “Boss Lady” say that to me) wants to charge me $5 to replace a non working card that he gave me in the first place that has n... read more
