This place is great. Just rented a pickup for in town use and it was fast and simple. Great prices. Will rent from them again.

Got a rental, told woman on phone I would have it until 4pm, she stated okay that’s not an issue I wasn’t told of any more charges. I get multiple calls and my family gets calls at 2:30pm that I was to return it at that time and I stated 4PM, they asked if I could get it back at 3:20 and it was already 3PM and they are 15 minutes away and I had a half truck to unload still and stated I would be able to at 4PM like I stated. On the day I rented my storage there was no canopy in front of the office. On the day I moved in all of a sudden there was a random black pole right in the driveway at the gate. There was no clearance signs on the black pole causing me to not see it and hit the Uhaul truck I rented . I had insurance on the truck but it did not cover overhead damage.
