Terrible place to work, understaffed and nothing ever works. I have seen customers waiting over an hour for Service. Poorly managed, you get your schedule the day before you work. All for minimum wage.
Hands down the worst u-haul location. You’re waiting at least 30 minutes to be served inside. If there’s others ahead of you, plan to be there a minimum of 1 hour. Don’t even bother calling; they always put you on hold and again, you’ll be waiting another 20-30 minutes on hold. This place is terribly understaffed.
