Customer service in this place is very poor . I went to pick an order I had placed online. I walked to the counter, and the 4 people there we doing something so I waited for them to say hi and assist. Several minutes later no one had said hi and asked what I wanted. I walked up to one of them and said I was there to pick my order and they helped. They could at least have had the courtesy to say hi when I walked in and say they'll be with me shortly. Horrible customer service.
Have known Krista (Gm) before she was gm there and had had nothing but 5 star service from 183 kenmount road location. One downside location is so busy it's hard to reach sometimes on phone.
Smooth check in, truck worked fine, return was easy.
I struggled to see where I can adjust the side mirror. I had stop and manually adjust the mirrors.
