The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.
The reviews for this location really had myself and my wife worried. I made a reservation for a one way trip with an enclosed trailer, and had no issues getting my trailer. When it comes to the staff, every single one of them I give a 10/10, besides Alexander B, who I honestly believe went above and beyond for me. I had a blown fuse so the trailer lights didn't work, and within 20 minutes he had a new fuse in my truck and fixed the problem. Great staff! Very helpful!
I can never get anyone on the phone. You call the local number and get put in an endless loop. None of the options results in a person picking up the phone. The storage site is not 24 hour access inside. It is a very frustrating, pricey relationship.
