Very kind staff and helpful. Quick and accommodating! Super close to route 60. Centrally located near Charleston. Tons of packing box sizes and packing needs. Tow hitches and more. Easy check in and out. Clean and organized.
We moved to the area and this location did a great job with getting our uboxes delivered to us. There were many unavoidable delays due to weather, but they communicated frequently and worked with us.
They were very helpful polite, and professional. The staff seemed to really get along, actually communicating, and enjoying their shift. One guy even showed me to my truck and moved the signs for me to pull out with ease. Above and beyond service, I stars
Get my propane there anytime I want it the last couple of times I have been there they have been out of propane. They are slow coming out when you ring bell for service but they are polite when they do come out
I've rented U-Haul's from this location for many years. The quality of service has steadily gotten better and better as they've expanded and grown. I returned a one way rental here this week and they were quick and helpful to get me checked in and on my way. I will be back to this location the next time I need a moving truck.
