They have THE RUDEST people working for them. Some of the guys are so nice but when you go into another business wearing your work shirt you should treat people how you would at your job because you are literally representing them by wearing your work shirt. The older gentleman who works there comes into my business being downright rude all the time. We go out of our way to be above and beyond nice to people so there's literally zero excuse for it.

Very kind staff and helpful. Quick and accommodating! Super close to route 60. Centrally located near Charleston. Tons of packing box sizes and packing needs. Tow hitches and more. Easy check in and out. Clean and organized.
We moved to the area and this location did a great job with getting our uboxes delivered to us. There were many unavoidable delays due to weather, but they communicated frequently and worked with us.
They were very helpful polite, and professional. The staff seemed to really get along, actually communicating, and enjoying their shift. One guy even showed me to my truck and moved the signs for me to pull out with ease. Above and beyond service, I stars
