I had came in here today to rent a u-haul and the young lady i spoke to I believe Neveah to be her name, was lacking customer service skills and barely helping out while the other employees were clearly busy and swamped with work. This prolonged the time I needed to be there due to my schedule and made it very inconvenient for me. I could understand a wait if everyone was doing there part around the store but that girl was hardly doing anything besides sitting there.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and personable. They were willing to work with us if our reservation needed to be extended due to inclement weather. The location is forgiving if you're not confident maneuvering the bigger U-Haul trucks. My only gripes are that the elevator doors close too fast, making it a bit inconvenient to move in bulk. Also, having to punch in your code every time you use the elevator gets tedious. Departments do not communicate with each other. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Scheduled for movers to pick up U-pods through u-haul. Movers called u-haul 3 times to schedule time to pick up. U-haul said, no need to schedule time. Just show up and we will load pods. Day of move u-haul said they didn't have anyone to load pods. There seemed to be some pretty bad problems with the computer system but that wasn't the fault of the employees so I still give 5 stars. Truck was ready to go and staff were very friendly and apologetic about the computer system. Love this location!!
