The staff was great. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They took extra time to answer ever question I had. I would recommend the 6th Street facility to everyone.
Everything went smooth sailing I even called to see about options for a moving crew to load & Unload. Dan on customer support line was very informative & helpful. At one point I had to call & extend my time by an hour - Jesse on customer support line assisted efficiently. The ladies in-store were very polite & collaborative with my little one who was stuck in the excitement of moving 😆 - Thanks for all your help
This is my second time coming in contact with this young immature girl! She talk to people with an attitude that isn’t good! I had an issue with my storage unit and asked her if I could talk to the manager and she instantly said they were busy and no manager was available. Good thing my lunch hour is up because I can’t wait to call customer service. I forgot to mention when I said I was gonna call customer service she hung up on me!
