I went to buy boxes & ask about renting a truck, but the service was disappointing. The manager, Carista I believe, came across as dismissive and while I was there I overheard a very inappropriate conversation had by her involving profanity and explicit comments about her interaction with another manager Kevin . I had my young granddaughter with me and decided to leave and went to another U- Haul location. I won’t be returning to this location.
Got a 5 x 5 storage closet that is climate controlled for $64.95 per month. Two steps to get in the building using a pin you create yourself. The facility itself is very clean and tidy with several rolling carts available that you can use to bring your things in and an elevator to get you to the 2nd & 3rd floors. Add to that, they have cameras all around for security. So far we're quite impressed with the place.

Customer service, specifically Katara was very efficient, thorough, knowledgeable & very kind. I'd recommend this place to anybody looking for a storage space.
Very disappointing customer service experience with U-Haul. Today, July 28, at approximately 11:57 AM, I received a call from a Springfield, Illinois number regarding my reservation scheduled for pickup in Carbondale, Illinois. The representative was rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. When I explained the problem with my reservation, she did not attempt to offer any solutions, alternatives, or assistance.
