This is my second time coming in contact with this young immature girl! She talk to people with an attitude that isn’t good! I had an issue with my storage unit and asked her if I could talk to the manager and she instantly said they were busy and no manager was available. Good thing my lunch hour is up because I can’t wait to call customer service. I forgot to mention when I said I was gonna call customer service she hung up on me!
Terrible. Listen to the bad reviews and don't go here.
They have bad reviews for a reason. Don't go here, trust me. Overcharged us $37 for mileage then told us there was "nothing they could do." Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
