This location literally put me on hold for over an hour and then just hung up on me. I had a climate controlled storage unit but there AC was broken. I’ve been trying to contact them now for days trying to find out if this has been resolved as some of my items are temperature dependent and I can not get an answer from them. Had a U-Box pickup here. Went smoothly but they charged me for an extra month of storage. I called them immediately, they promised they would fix it, and then they didn't. Since then their phone just rings through to corporate. So far I've wasted an hour of my life chasing them to get back my $400.
