I used this U-Haul location for several months, both to rent their trucks and to use their storage space. It was consistently quality throughout. The staff here are excellent. Every time I came in they were great, both super helpful and really friendly. When I did have an issue with a lapsed reservation, they were able to help me out. Really made renting here enjoyable. I reserved a truck from U-Haul for the weekend, and the service was excellent. The reservation process was simple and smooth, and everything was ready on time when I arrived. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made the pickup and return very easy. The vehicle was very smelly however clean and worked perfectly for my needs. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely use U-Haul Springfield location again!
The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The facility was clean and they helped me find exactly what I needed. Climate controlled and an alarm on every unit. I would recommend to anyone looking for temp storage in the area!
