The whole team was very helpful troubleshooting an electrical problem that turned out to be a vehicle wiring issue.
I went to this U-Haul and I waited about 15 minutes and was **never acknowledged** by either employee. After standing there that long, I finally had to ask the counter employee if he was busy just to get some type of assistance. Instead of apologizing or asking how he could help me, he blamed **me** for standing in a line with people who had apparently already been helped. How was I supposed to know that?
