We have used this site twice so far and the staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!! They were even able to help fix my reservation I had.
Horrible service. Took over 10 minutes to answer the phone. I was able to drive out while still on hold. Then the employee that was filling the propane didn’t know how to do his job. Had to wait over 25 minutes to find out that he wasn’t going to be able to do it! Glad he didn’t blow up my rv!!
For start we reserved a 20' foot uhaul and when we come to pick up there was not one here, so they gave us an upgrade to 26' which was fine. But took a bit to get one that was running.. But at the end when returned we was done right and price was better then pick up!! Thank you to the manager that helped us out today!!! Had a really weird situation with my reservation. Tried to get it figured out ahead of time with uhaul customer service and the scheduling department to no avail. Luckily, when I went in Carson was able to get everything taken care of for me. He was super helpful and certainly a great representative of the Uhaul brand. Get that man a raise!
The uhual was great but the general manager is awful. Im not sure if he was having a bad day but Eric the GM was quite literally yelling at my boyfriend and I while we were trying to get the van picked up “Charlie Bravo” being screamed in our faces over and over? What is the reason Eric. We really did try to be nice but from the moment we walked in your store it was uninviting and awkward we tried to be friendly to you we read the paper you had on your desk trying to make the interaction not as insufferable but Eric you are ... read more
