The uhual was great but the general manager is awful. Im not sure if he was having a bad day but Eric the GM was quite literally yelling at my boyfriend and I while we were trying to get the van picked up “Charlie Bravo” being screamed in our faces over and over? If I could rate this place a zero I would. Every other U-Haul I’ve ever rented from has went above and beyond any expectations I’ve ever had like bringing the U-Haul up to the front for customers even when they’re so busy and I’ve had employees come and do inspections with me and get excited about their job well done with the way the vehicle looks, runs and feels. Eric and Carson are consummate professionals. The last time I rented was the last Saturday of the month, and as luck would have it, the app went down for customers to check in, and there were issues with the booking system, but these two handled it so well. Free upgrades were offered when available, and if not, clients were offered discounted services/rentals for waiting in line to get checked in and serviced. This is my go-to place for renting a trailer, truck, or storage unit, and I recommend it to everyone I know.
This facility was excellent. Clean, professional, extremely friendly. I highly recommend !
Eric and the crew were very helpful and went all out to make sure we had everything we needed including a forklift and pallet jack. It was so nice to deal with a crew that acted like they valued us as a customer, and even on a Sunday did not act like we were bothering them. I will be back.
