Eric and the crew were very helpful and went all out to make sure we had everything we needed including a forklift and pallet jack. It was so nice to deal with a crew that acted like they valued us as a customer, and even on a Sunday did not act like we were bothering them. I will be back.
It was a great experience. This was the third or fourth time I have used this location to rent a trailer. Employees are great and very helpful!

The staff was super helpful setting us up with a trailer to move out of our storage unit at the Spanish Springs location - would 100% recommend this well maintained and well run facility to anyone looking to store long term or rent the equipment short term.
Eric was incredibly helpful this morning upon pickup, and helping me square away my next rental and storage unit this coming weekend. One less bit of stress in our move, thank you Eric. I also had to call and request 30-60 extra minutes. Luckily I ended up getting back in time but eric said no problem, take the time I needed. Very grateful for the flexibility. The young man who checked in my rental trailer this afternoon was great and friendly also.
