The manager Mariana made a very difficult situation for us very easy and convenient. My parents had both passed away earlier this year and she was so kind and generous to not charge us the account balance and letting us rent a trailer for $1 to be able to unload my parents storage unit and bring everything home with us. We live 8 hrs away. Mariana is a very caring and considerate person. I highly recommend storing your items at this UHaul location and/or rent a moving truck/trailer. You will be in good hands!
