Lady broke seal on 2 wheel cart and tried to charge extra day. Waited 45 minutes to get help and web site was having problems. Told her it was wrong and was kicked off of property because I caught her trying to cheat me and confronted her. She said I was yelling at her. I do talk loud but dont try to cheat me. Does not make me happy Never again get scammed by uhaul.

Very poor customer service and online booking experience; on several occasions, they didn't have the reservation details, causing you to waste a lot of time.
