Entrance to the retail store was obstructed from view by a "big box" promotion display in the outside lot, making it a little less convenient and a poor first impression. But, the staff was helpful and I appreciated that you were open till 8 P.M.. Prices were affordable, and the selection was good.
It was very easy and the person I picked it up from at Executive Storage in El Dorado, Austin, went above and beyond to be helpful to me.
Very poor communication. Was told I'd get cash back then when I was trying to check out after hours on the app it wouldn't give me the option to push cash so I HAD to select check. Tried to go in and get cash LIKE I WAS TOLD I COULD DO and they wouldn't give me cash told me I had to wait for the check.
