Staff was friendly and quick to attend to us. Only complaint is the bathroom was nasty.
Sheri & Preston are the absolute BEST! Sheri was absolutely phenomenal & Preston was an absolute GOAT. I reserved my U-Haul truck & trailer at one location & my truck ended up needing to be picked up at this location. However, the toy hauler was an hour and a half away and Sheri was able to get Preston to go pick it up for me. Absolute ROCKSTARS! Made the whole process so much easier & worth it. Thank you both so incredibly much!!

Awful, awful experience. We used Uhaul u-pack boxes for a cross country move. The morning our Uhaul boxes were set to arrive, I called them because I had not yet heard from them. Even though I confirmed the delivery time twice, they told me two hours before the set delivery time that they were unable to make the delivery today, and instead would maybe try to get it to us tomorrow night. Lying about availability on website. Booked a 15ft truck with tow because it was available . Just to call me and tell that the only thing available is a 20ft truck 3 hours away. I requested a specific thing. Only to be told that my only option is to spend significantly more money and time. The difference between 15ft and 20ft is drastic.
