All of the staff were great. But Sheri the General manager. Deserves a raise. Her customer service. Is excellent. This is the best uhaul service I've ever received.
What an awful experience. The staff were nice but the process of getting a hitch installed was supposed to be "2 and a half hours MAX." I dropped the vehicle off at 1 PM on a day I took off. I didn't hear anything from them, so 3 hours later, so I called and they let me know it would be about 20 more minutes. I get a ride back to the store at 4 when they told me it would be ready and ended up waiting an additional hour and a half. I didn't pick up the vehicle until 5:30 PM. I personally witnessed the UBOX truck driver back up on the street and the forklift tire hit some random persons car window and the window completely shattered. What ever happened to the driver? I really hope Uhaul is paying for this person damaged window!
