Excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Michelle the customer service representative on the phone in Winterville NC. She went way above and beyond to assist me. She came up with solutions to a situation I had that I would not have thought of. I am so grateful for her validation of my concern and prompt and professional response. I hope you all considers promoting her to manager. She was great.
This facility went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service goes to Calvin. He went above in customer service to make.things right with me. Thank you for making my move smoothly Calvin!!
Came to drop off the U-Haul there were only two young girls working and a line and no sense of urgency. In the mix of moving I have a lot of things to handle and bringing the U-Haul back has taken a lot of my time.
Great and excellent service entirely respectively
