Easy, straightforward, and efficient. Jamie was the absolute best (Greenville, NC)!!! She was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. She helped alleviate the stress of moving with her patience and kindness. I rented a cargo van and storage unit and the process was smooth and easy. I appreciate authentic people and she was just that - a real gem!
Everything from the check-in, getting the uhaul rental, and the return of the uhaul was super easy and fast. The staff are also friendly! I always use this location and never have any problems since everything is explained pretty well. Always a great, easy experience when renting a Uhaul from this location. The vehicles are well maintained and always clean.
