Trifling I really don’t even wanna give them 1 star! I told the lady I was driving to VA she put me in an old truck anyway and it had roaches Dallin all from the ceiling (2076) I think! My only thing about this situation is if I can recall she is supposed to check the truck before I get in? That’s wat they always done even in Raleigh. But I will just get a truck from Kinston next time. Because idk y they have that cleaning cart outside like they actually clean the trucks and they don’t

This was the only place in NC to get a hitch installed in a timely matter, I booked an appointment online to do the work. I drive all the way to Greenville. They said they were ready to do the work, we gave them the keys and waited for 4 hours just for them to say that their hitch was bent and they were unable to do the work. I’m not unreasonable I understand inventory issues but it took them 4 hours to tell me that nothing was completed and they couldn’t do anything because the hitch was bent. Wasted my entire day.
