The young man that helped me fulfill my reservation was very knowledgeable and helpful, well trained on the aspects of towing.
Uhaul rescheduled my reservation without contacting me to a date that doesn’t work for my schedule. They gave me an option to put it back to the originally scheduled reservation date that I scheduled weeks in advance, so I did. Called to confirm my original reservation date was okay, and was told I’m all set and to come on in. When I got there, I was told they were overbooked and need to reschedule. Don’t waste your time and money here.
I highly recommend south Fairbanks U-Haul for anything you need. I have a storage there. I have rented the truck there and the management and staff are amazing. Excellent customer service clean facility clean vehicles. Everyone is caring even when they’re busy very well run, clean, friendly facility.
