My experience with U-Haul and this vehicle was very bad. For about an hour, I struggled with the mobile app just trying to get the truck. The app kept asking me to “take a picture” again and again. I took more than 100 pictures, but it never confirmed if they were added—it just kept asking. I called customer service, and after waiting about 5 minutes someone finally answered, only to say, “Oh sorry, this isn’t my department” and transferred me. Ray & Sheena helped me take care of a difficult situation. When I arrived to the U-haul Moving & Storage facility (of North Randall); I was very upset & anxious. When I entered; the atmosphere was very calm & my matter was taken care of by Ray & Sheena in a timely & respectful manner.
Customer service at this location was terrible. Never going there again.
Easy process
they are staging storage units for online auctions literally paid $100 to clean out nothing but trash I work hard for my money to Be thrown in the trash
