The trailer was in excellent condition and James was very helpful in getting me setup.
I WANT THIS TO REACH EVERYONE We reserved a trailer in advance last evening at 6:54pm before this location closed. We called, and the employee confirmed that they have vehicle transport available and he said yes and asked when we wanna pick up. I ended up booking for the earliest of next morning(7am) because we had a 2 and half hour drive meeting at 10am. All the needed information was takes from me and we booked, “you’re all set! Very inept customer service. I made a payment over the phone and it took the worker 4 attempts to enter my information correctly. After repeating my card info 4 times I was charged more than authorized and then coincidentally someone tried to fraudulently use my CC that same evening? Hmm asking for my CC details numerous times and now my account has been hacked! Don't think it's a coincidence. Shady business.
Excellent experience
Absolutely awful. My unit flooded last month and they stated I would get a free month. They have still not honored the free month and now have charged me a late fee. Every time I call, it transfers me to the central office, which is unable to help because they say it needs to be handled locally. Even the central office can't get a hold of this local store. Horrible customer service, flooding issues, and unable to stick to their word. I don't recommend this location at all.
