Customer service is Horrible Woman at the front desk is extremely rude. This will be the last time I will be renting from these folks.
This place is a joke. I reserved a trailer weeks before a 9 hour trip. I show up and am told by the kid working that they don’t have any trailers available. Apparently, it was my fault because I ordered it online instead of calling them directly. The whole point of having a computerized inventory system is so that the company knows what each facility has available. Call for a quote and the person was very rude and they missed out on a great customer.
Everyone I spoke with was very polite, and I do appreciate that. However, they didn’t have the truck I had reserved ahead of time, which was quite disappointing. I like to plan things in advance, so it did throw my day off a bit.
