Very professional No problems what so ever
Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Probably the worst customer service experience of my entire life. Left the building after being met with gross incompetence and went to the Hendersonville location instead. In Hendersonville they were kind, helpful, and personable. When you need a uhaul for a move, big or small, the south Asheville location is likely to fail you. Their 3 star rating is not an accident. Go to any other nearby location.
Mostly courteous staff. However, lots of verbal assurances not followed through on contract. Had to submit credit card dispute as NO ONE responded to two email attempts to resolve. BE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF IN AND OUT ODOMETER READINGS AND GAS RECEIPTS !!!
Easy pickup and drop off with very friendly and professional service.
