Very inept customer service. I made a payment over the phone and it took the worker 4 attempts to enter my information correctly. After repeating my card info 4 times I was charged more than authorized and then coincidentally someone tried to fraudulently use my CC that same evening? Hmm asking for my CC details numerous times and now my account has been hacked! Don't think it's a coincidence. Shady business.
