Everything was fantastic. Please do not change anything and possible give Amber some help. Amber was super busy since there were no one there but she handled everything in professional manners. She was very nice and polite. She want above and beyond to help me with everything. She is great asset to the company. Thank you Amber.
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I reserved a truck two weeks in advance and even called a few days later to confirm the reservation. The day before my move, I received another confirmation email. I drove 40 minutes to pick up the truck and waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told that the truck I reserved was not available. There was no apology and no effort to help me find an alternative. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
What a great service! The general manager was fantastic! We appreciate her helpfulness. She was very professional, answered all our questions very well, and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. She even helped pack our items into our car. This is one of the worst places I have dealt with. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and lacked communication skills. I reserved a truck through the app at a quoted price, but when I arrived, the employee gave me an attitude and provided a completely different price that was nowhere close to what was shown online. Could not be happier with services here. GM Marcy went above and beyond to resolve the various issues with my personal vehicle and the U-haul trailer, including staying after hours when I was at my most desperate. The ladies working evening on Wednesday the 13th was above board, and the aid continued to the following morning. I'd recommend this uhaul location to anyone in Siouxland, they'll get you sorted. Definitely have my confidence.
