Helpful associate, I think Jodi. She helped us get a better rate and explained how the rates were charged. the sprinter van was clean, and easier to drive/park than a big truck. great for our move.
Collin Stout provided 5-star service. It was the end of the day, and Collin was very informative and helpful. Professional attitude and guided me through the process after I was having a long & unexpected day in the area.
Scheduled a hitch install for 7am on the web site. Made it plain that I would wait for the car to be done. Arrived at 7. No Installer, no mgr. One guy cleaning trucks only. They tell you 5-6 hours for a hitch install which I could do but they don’t say the installer doesn’t come in till 11. They were gonna make me wait onsite 4 hours before the person even arrived to start the install. I cancelled. Mgr called to “apologize” and said they don’t let people wait onsite for that reason.
