Very clean. Friendly staff and easy storage rental process.
Horrible experience. Rented a truck almost 30 days ago and get a call 1 day before my cross country move saying "They don't have any trucks or ones close to your size". I couldn't believe this, apparently U-Haul has fine print saying your truck size is not guaranteed. I called the Sioux City location to confirm about a week before and was told my truck would be at the Sioux City location and would be ready on pickup day. They're trying to charge me for a missing 2 wheel cart. I never removed the one from the truck and I used my own lol. Good try at screwing someone over for a quick buck
Great service, great people, clean facilities. Ended up getting a heated storage unit was what I was looking for. With security entrance and insurance. Go here
