My name is sandea rubio I have been with uhaul storage on hwy 92 in sierra vista for years and I have never had any problems. The staff is tge best easy to talk to so welcoming ,even when I'm late tgey are so understanding and never make me feel uncomfortable, I love that about them .That's why I give them 5 stars I have recommended them to others and tgey have also talked highly of this facility .
I recently rented a truck from U-Haul, and I had the pleasure of working with Karena and Adam. Right from the start, they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Karena greeted me with a smile and was super friendly as she walked me through the rental options. Great service all around! I highly recommend this location as a pick up even though I had to drive a little bit to get to it. Fast, friendly, and informative service!
Maria and her fellow associates Adam and Josh did an excellent job! The service was amazing, the staff was friendly, and everything was very professional. As a military member going through a PCS move, I couldn't have asked for more. They took care of everything, from modifying my stay to providing moving blankets, boxes and upgrading the trailer. Thanks to these associates, I am now a U-Haul customer for life!
