This review is for the uhaul rental center in Shawnee, OK. The in-person booking process was extremely easy. The staff there are very professional and easy to work with. Dropping off the vehicle Saturday afternoon with Dustin C, was very easy even after a thunderstorm
Very big parking and big selection of equipment but felt manager was put off in customer service, but did finally come thru. (If your sick, stay home, if its cold out bring a coat...) remember you are the "professional" here and customers will have questions, treat them like you'd like them to return.
The dealer was polite and pleasant and made the rental process very easy
The lady was very sweet and knowledgeable. Would go back there..
The staff here is absolutely amazing!!! We booked a U-Haul moving truck and car hauler from this location while in another state. Tiffany made that process so helpful! We had a mishap during our rental (our fault not the company!) and Tiffany was wonderful again. She truly went above and beyond to help us out. I’m a stickler for good customer service, and this location truly delivered that.
