Very professional and nice good prices if I ever need another U-Haul truck this will be the place that I go
If I could give no star I would because lady's work in there are rude and gave truck back early and then ask how much I get refunded back said she dnt know so would not recommend this place at all
Very efficient and a pretty quick process. I was able to do everything online up until picking up the keys and truck of course. I loved the fast, easy process during a stressful move!
The manager, Diana, is super friendly and has been a blessing. It's always super clean, and I have never had any issues with my storage unit. The only issue I would say I have is that I wish the hours were different. It closes at 10 pm, and with my schedule, a later time would be perfect.
They do not rent pick up trucks the app and the Google search results says that they do. Wasted time and gas driving back and forth. Need to update their website/app immediately.
