Representative was knowledgeable, respectful of my needs and so quick at getting things done.
I went in to rent a truck yesterday. The woman that was supposed to be helping me was very rude. She kept on saying they had no truck's. Even though there was a lot out on there lot. But thats besides the point. From the first second I step up there to rent a truck she had a very rude and had a nasty attitude with me. I think I'll be going else where to rent a truck from now on. Bad custom service.
They where a big inconvenience to us and they said that they had no trucks available out of all the trucks sitting out front and they were very rude to us while wasting our time and money.
Used the website to secure my rental and the app once I got there. It was very simple to pick up, use and return. Thank you!!
