It only took 1 hr and 10 minutes to pickup a 20 ft truck. Not bad...
This was an incredibly easy process in a complex time of moving. Thank you for making the drop off process so, so, SO easy.
I rented a U-Haul trailer and it was due back at 12:30 PM. I returned it at 1:30 PM. There was no conversation about extra charge. There was tons of equipment in the yard and no dire need of the trailer. Spoke with area manager and he said there’s no way to refund. So…I will never use U-Haul again.
Great staff! Was in an out quickly for both pick-up and drop-off.
