The team were all helpful and friendly. Truck was ready and the process smooth and easy. I work in affordable housing management and have moved several times in the last 5 years. The team are always there to help make our moves happen smoothly.
I've been using Uhaul as my truck rental company for at heart twenty years. I don't go thru anyone else! Now that they have moved forward with technology, they have made the whole rental and return process so much more easier! I downloaded the mobile app and reserved my truck in less than 5 minutes. Just like the Seinfeld episode! Within an hour of making the reservation and arriving at the location they did not have the Auto Transport Trailer I reserved. They had the reservation, just not the trailer they promised me. I made my reservation directly with this office at 9:00 a.m. I said I would arrive by 10:00 a.m. which I did. Waited in line until 10:30 or later. I had to go to another location down the street to rent the trailer. My recommendation is to try every other U-Haul in the area before visiting this one.
