I’ve rented from U-Haul many times over the years and even worked for the company during college, so I’m very familiar with how the process is supposed to work. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Last Saturday I picked up a nearly brand-new truck on the South Shore for a one-way move to Arlington. I am extremely dissatisfied, Every other month the elevators are in disrepair. I have hip problems and can not climb up and down 4 flights of stairs. And they are unwilling to give me a storage unit on the first floor for the same price.
Stacie was very helpful and considerate and got me checked in super quick. Very helpful. Highly recommend.
Elevator was broken and Andy helped me carry two big suitcases up the stairs! Awesome service.
