Same as always. Booked the truck and when I get to the location, tried self pick up. Couldn't complete the transaction because the system said that, you have to call customer service. And customer service told me , the workers didn't put the key in the lock box, so you can't pick up the truck. And she acted like that is normal, there is nothing wrong on this

I earnestly have a great experience every time I do business at this location. I especially love working with Stacie Smith; she gives each customer due attention and it's such a delight to work with her. I return to this location because of her consistent and kind customer service and because the equipment / storage units are clean and reliable.

Extremely poor customer service. Two female workers at the desk. One busy assisting a couple of customers. The other one - doing nothing - and still would not acknowledge my presence. She thought it was a good idea to take 3 phone calls before finally - without greeting me - asking me if I had a reservation. My patience was tested. I finished emptying out my storage unit after years of using this facility and Stacie was above and beyond helpful and nice. She made the whole experience easy, quick and smooth. I hope to find someone like her at the new facility I'm moving to in the next state. She really set the bar high!
