My complaints over my recent move have to do with the central scheduling in the Boston area and probably this location. When booking, I had arranged for a U-box that I would load here (<2 miles from my apartment) and most of a week to use for loading. I found out one business day before my move that the Ubox was to be loaded at a site a 30 minute drive away. I use them exclusively for their propane fill up; without fail an entertaining gentleman would walk over and fill the tank and have great attitude and stories to tell!
Unprofessional staff; very poorly organized system for propane refills.
