I have rented from different locations, but this location in richwood is by far the best. Great service, communication and overall customer service. Sarah and her team will help you out on any rental. That is why this uhaul store is now the only one that I will use
Friendly staff who were very helpful with type of trailer needed, very informative. Property was easy to get in and out with the rental.
Everything was explained perfectly and Sarah and her crew were amazing, phenomenal service.
