Easy move in. Very clean and also very helpful people. Sarah made sure my move in went flawlessly. Kudos to U-Haul for having such a nice place available to this community. Highly recommended.
I waited nearly 30 minutes to be assisted at this location to rent a small trailer that I was planning to take from KY to FL with my own vehicle. The manager was the only person out of the three people working who knew how to do anything. The associate who, had my ID in front of him, entered my address to a random address to auto populated (wrong city and state). Today, I moved from Louisville to New York City. Upon leaving Louisville, my original trailer that I got in town had a very bad shake to it. I drove for about 30 minutes and made the call to U-Haul in Walton and was immediately assisted by Sarah, the General Manager. She instructed me to come to her facility and that she would aid in figuring out what was going on.
