Everything was explained perfectly and Sarah and her crew were amazing, phenomenal service.
There's not enough that I could ever say of how good Chase and Sarah are at what they do. I am 75 years old and I can honestly say as customer representatives, they are at the top of my list. Both are very compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. They both are very courteous and very thorough. In life it is how someone makes you feel and I cannot express enough that they both absolutely made my day. U Haul is blessed to have them in their employment.
This is hands-down the best U-Haul location I’ve used. Every experience here is seamless because the lady running it is consistently professional, fast, and friendly. I've rented 3 times over the last couple months and I will use again!
