I’ve been waiting 3 days now for a call back from the manager of this location. I will update my review once I hear back from them regarding my concerns.

The rental service went well and was provided in a timely manner. My complaint is about my car which I left parked on the public street while using the rental. When I came back I saw someone (not sure if it was an employee or a customer) left one of those towing rentals behind my car, the hitch part of the tow went under my car damaged my car’s bumper and was very close to hitting the exhaust! 04/05/26 between 10am and 2pm
The employees were kind and accommodating but this location is busy and you might have to wait in a line
