Mandatory photos are being taken of you before you rent from U-Haul!! Find another place to do business. We do not need our faces being loaded into systems that can be hacked! They require a credit card and state driving license already. I have never been asked for this, why the sudden change? Your booking agent quoted me $20ish dollars. Check out was $90? Calculate realistic estimate. I will be finding why your corporate office is requiring photos to be taken of me with a cell phone?? Do you cooperate with ICE??? 🧊
