Excellent customer service
Edit: the employee took a picture of me using her personal cell phone for the rental! This is a violation of the company’s policy!!! I asked her to remove it and she refused. This location is the WORST!!!! I knew going back to this location was a mistake but I thought I could use app for mobile pick up and not have to deal with the horrible staff…I was wrong again!!!! I rented a U-Haul truck more than 100 times for the last 2 years but on this location it was absolute nightmare experience. I returned the truck after hours via the app. Not only did they try to frame me for pre-existing damages (which I have photos of!) and hit me with a $100 cleaning fee, but their "fix" was even worse. After support supposedly "approved" my refund, they did the opposite and charged my bank account another $100. Now I’m out $200 for a mistake they admitted to making.
