Helpful and courteous staff. I was volunteering to transport gift baskets across town, and they helped me get the right truck and supplies for the job. Straight forward check in and check out process
I need to bring water and electricity bills with my full name on the letters in order to rent any service from this branch. My ID and SSN is not enough, not even the bank is so demanding lol
Worst location for pickup I had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location, specifically with the manager, Jose Montes. I encountered poor customer service throughout my visit. Jose was dismissive when I tried to explain an issue with my reservation and seemed unwilling to help find a solution. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was rude and condescending, making the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be.
