The worst customer service ever. I have been to other U-Haul locations all over California and this location was the worst. I returned the trailer like the guy told me at the beginning and when I returned it. This other guy kept making me go around the building in circles and misleading me in where to drop off. I asked him for his help and he just gave me an ugly look and walked away. So again I had to go back out on the street and park behind all the trucks like he requested and he never came out to help me. I am missing fi... read more
