CHECK YOUR NOTES UPON PICK-UP because this offices doesn’t believe it JC it’s not represented. I picked up the truck in Folsom, CA, with 1/16th of a fuel tank, put in 22+ gals of fuel and was told to return it with more gas than I received it (which means anything more than 1/16th of a tank). I return it with just shy of ¼ of a tank and they charged me $30 for an inconvenience fee and $8.50 for a gallon of fuel. This is not against this location but corporate. If you see trucks are never available even when reserving several days in advance then maybe you should get more pick up trucks. Or put a location in Anderson with a smaller fleet.... this area it to big for 1 store and the side contractors.
It was slow,a customer waiting in front of me. Second clerk came out didn't acknowledge the queue. Didn't get the feeling either clerk could educate me as to their moving cubes, I left.
Eric was very helpful and very calm. I came in with a difficult issue and he and Brittney ( not on site, but on phone) handled it great. I want to say thank you for diffussing an already irritated customer. I'd also like to say... Do not rent from Midway Market/ Tire shop. Absolutely subpar service.
