Very nice store reps, easy check in, clean, well-maintained truck.
Wrong trailer for what I was picking up trusted him for his so-called expertise! What a joke operation. Corporate too. I wouldn't rent anything from u- haul ever. Use another company
Terrible customer service. One employee at the Cypress location freaks out, cusses, punches the steering wheel and screams. Then that employee drives the U-Haul trucks recklessly towards customers vehicles and makes customers feel unsafe. Corporate doesn’t care when you report that they have violent and aggressive employees.
Waited 20 minutes, never saw an employee. One of many in line sunday morning. Atleast i got my money back, but overall I would avoid renting a trailer from this spot if you have you are in a time crunch.
Anytime you call they place you on hold instantly and lasts at least an hour before they even listen to your question. Then when you get there they are extremely slow to assist you. I will look for a different alternative moving forward.
