It was slow,a customer waiting in front of me. Second clerk came out didn't acknowledge the queue. Didn't get the feeling either clerk could educate me as to their moving cubes, I left.
Eric was very helpful and very calm. I came in with a difficult issue and he and Brittney ( not on site, but on phone) handled it great. I want to say thank you for diffussing an already irritated customer. I'd also like to say... Do not rent from Midway Market/ Tire shop. Absolutely subpar service.
Ready with equipment, fast service, respect and efficiency. Quick with paperwork and hookup and drop off. Love it
The store is very clean and organized, with literally everything needed for moving. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean, and I appreciate that! Staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgable and helpful.

I returned a trailer rented by my husband, who was out of town, and struggled to back it up as required.
