The short: Dropped off my vehicle to have a hitch installed. Was called later and told that the vehicle was out of gas and that I needed to show up with a gas can. When I questioned why it was out of gas, the employee got worked up and began swearing. I went and bought a gas can and was on my way back to the location when the employee called me and let me know that it was okay, he just messed up.
