I rented a trailer at the last minute and they were very efficient. They helped my son get the trailer hitch on my car and connected the trailer! Excellent service!!

I wish I could give less than one star. I got to the location and the employee was in the bathroom so I walked around for five minutes, not knowing if anyone was there. She then proceeded to only set me up for a 24 hour rental when I needed it until the following week. They then decided that they were not willing to let me pay for the extension of the reservation, even though I called them and asked them to let me pay for it and let me extend the reservation they threaten to file a police report.
