The rental was fine. Vehicle clean and well maintained. The after hours return, however, was a gargantuan pain in the [posterior]. I did not want to install another app on my phone. Tried to perform the return using their web site. It was impossible to navigate. Got as far as searching the building for a QR code to scan. There were plenty. Never found the right one. I needed a small truck to move some items that were too big for my pickup truck. Walked in and in a very short time I was out the door. Very easy and fast. Drop off was the same. Very easy and fast.
