Terrible customer service. There are Amazon-purchased trackers on some vehicles. Your iPhone will pick up on it. Who knows who is tracking you and what they are doing with your location! Collin from the office told me it’s not theirs, police got involved, now they are saying it’s theirs. Be careful!

Be prepared to hook up the trailer you rent by yourself, if you are not able to, their staff is physically unable to do it or assist.
This U-Haul location is truly great. Every team member I interacted with was pleasant, patient, and incredibly helpful. I had purchased a hitch here that turned out to be the wrong one but I didn’t realize it until almost a year later because it hadn’t been unpacked. Even without a receipt, the staff went above and beyond to help me track down the original purchase by date and processed a full refund.
