I originally rented a U-Haul to be picked up and dropped off at the Plainville location but was emailed and called to say that the Plainville location did not have ANY 10ft trucks for my requested time and day so my truck rental was switched to a New Britain pick up location at a random smoke shop. Very awful experience. I reserved a truck a while back from Plainville and then was told it was moved to this location. I got to the location and the business is closed that was suppose to assist with the key retrieval. I called numerous times without any help. Waste of time and a shame.
Everything! All of the staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable trusting their recommendation. They are my permanent go to place for all my rental and hauling needs. Best U-Haul I have ever worked with! Thank you!
The app is not working for me.I cant take a photo for mileage and drivers license.The arrow traffic in the vicinity is confusing but overall still a 5 star.Van was in good condition,clean,the guy who assist me is polite,smooth transaction.I even drop off at night.
