I only give 5 stars because I can't give 6. The manager Sonia is very smart and can solve any problem. She has a very good aptitude. We need more people like her.
Very Rude staff. I came in just to buy a few boxes and the lady at desk answered phone while i was trying to pay. The card reader was having trouble reading card. I kept trying and the the lady grabbed my hand and told me to hold on. Instead of making scene i just left. Very rude and unprofessional. Your staff has absolutely no right or reason to ever touch a customer in anyway!
I forgot my wallet in a truck i rented..shantell (?) an employee at the plainville lication went above and beyond to make sure my wallet was tracked down and safely returned to me, with everything intact..even after the truck was rented to another customer. She kept me updated on her progress the whole time..all while i was in another state..this is unparalled customer service that i am greatfull for
