I had the most amazing customer experience at this U-Haul. That’s a tall claim but whatever Chantelle is getting paid, she should be making twice as much. She is a powerhouse! Not only did she go above and beyond to help me but also patiently trained another associate while helping two customers on her way to my car.

There is a Manager called, Jenna, at this Plainville, Ct. location. She doesn’t greet customers when they arrive there. You say hello, and she doesn’t bother to answer. She is a mean person and acts like she’s doing you a favor. Does not treat customers with respect. Hey, Jenna, if it wasn’t for your customers, you wouldn’t have a job!! We won’t be coming back to U-Haul in Plainville, Ct., even if you were to give out stuff for free, let alone, spend our hard earned money at your establishment.

If you want to wait around for an hour before receiving any service for rental you scheduled this is the perfect place for you. Love not being greeted when you entered? Come out down. Want to see new employees not know what they're doing? Come on down for the worst service you'll receive anywhere.

I only give 5 stars because I can't give 6. The manager Sonia is very smart and can solve any problem. She has a very good aptitude. We need more people like her.
