I wanted a truck to tow my camper. Staff failed to mention that all of their equipment is only compatible with a two inch hitch ball. They should have asked to verify equipment compatibility. Their negligence cost me a lot of time and money. Not to mention the emotional distress of my vacation plans ruined. When I went to return the truck, no apology was offered from management.

All around great experience.
Great customer service had a unit for few months there elevator was under repair and initially was on a upper level was on time crunch so to prevent not holding up my moving process was moved to 1st floor unit. Prompt professional and courteous assistance. Thank you Shay for your professionalism and assistance with everything.
