After telling me the day before my move that I couldn't pick my truck up on the Upper East Side as reserved I changed the pickup location to Brooklyn as the closest spot. My boyfriend went there late at night and tried unsuccessfully for 2 hours to pick up the truck through the app as instructed. He ended up coming home and lo and behold they were able to give us a truck at the original location at the time I'd reserved but only after we went through the whole Brooklyn fiasco.
