Some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my LIFE. Workers were rude, aggressive, condescending, and insulting…at the top of their shift at 9am!!! I will NEVER be returning.
Had a 9.00 am reservation for a van but they were extremely inefficient and we didn’t get the van til 9.40. Meanwhile, our furniture was on the porch waiting to move and it started to rain. What’s the point of planning and having a reservation if you don’t honour it???
