Huge shout out to Ben, Katy, and the entire team at the U-Haul Storage in Park Hill, Colorado! I’ve used this location for over 3 years, and recently relied on them again as I prepared for a big move out of state. I needed a trailer to haul all of my belongings, and not only did they do a phenomenal job installing a hitch on my vehicle, but they also went above and beyond to make sure I was set up safely for a cross-country drive to another U-Haul facility. These guys are top tier. I showed up and both my rental equipment and storage space was ready and waiting. All the employees that I interacted with were pleasant and knowledgeable.
I have been waiting for 20 minutes for anyone to even be at the front desk. No sign of any workers. This place is garbage.
The manager at this location has always treated me with dignity and respect. I was going through a difficult time in my life; this guy always played it straight and didn't treat me horrible just cuz I was homeless. He played a small role in my path to getting established again. Thank you very much
Super friendly team and management. Works with you on your storage space as far as billing and payments. I showed up about 5 minutes after closing and with a little persuading the manager allowed me to enter my unit remove my items before they left the building which is greatly appreciated and I recommend this location. The man even help me remove my items and carry them outside. My only issue would be with the people who rent units there use the bathroom for dirty diapers (adult)and drug use.
