This is a great storage facility...
I've had a unit with them for over 2 years and have never missed a payment. I've been late a few times but I've always paid the rent. Today i got a notice my rent is 15 days late and they're trying to put a lien on my stuff. They don't even check the units when the alarms go off. It's supposed to be temperature controlled which is not. But they want to take your stuff when your late, even tho you ain't missed a payment in over 2 years!!! I'm gonna look for a different storage!
I had a very disappointing experience due to the customer service I received from Katie. She told me my card was declined, which it was not, and communicated this in a very dismissive and rude manner. Made me come inside just for her to go in her back office for 10 minutes and then tell me it actually wasn’t. I had several different charges. When I tried to get clarification, she gave extremely short responses and offered no help, then told me to call the 1-800 number instead of assisting me. I understand issues happen, but ... read more
