The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The contract process, pick up, and drop off were all simple and smooth. Another great experience for me. I also enjoy the best storage units for the price at this UHaul indoor storage facility. Things stay clean in my unit and I see no evidence of rodents. The building is very clean, especially the restroom.
Absolutely useless place. Made an appointment online, showed up, they said it auto canceled because they couldn't do it at the time I picked. I ended up scheduling an appointment at the actual place this time. Showed up, they autocanceled again because they said they didnt have the right tools to install a hitch on my vehicle. I originally rented a UHaul to pick up in Anchorage. Two days before the rental was to start, I was contacted and told I’d need to pick up the truck in Wasilla…40+ miles away and I said I had no way to get here. One day before, I was contacted and told I needed to pick it up in Palmer…also 40+ miles away. I finally found a ride to get out there, but this is no way to run a business. Good folks and very helpful. Equipment was in good order and reliable for the job at hand.
