Byram was the propane technician filling my tanks today and was efficient and cheerful. He didn't act put out or inconvenienced bc I had 4 tanks, really appreciated the customer service. A Plus!
The 26’ truck was so roomy and efficient for getting lots of things moved quickly. The truck was a great vehicle to drive, too.
Harry was awesome! Helped me out and hooked me up every step of the way, even going above and beyond to make sure my trailer was hooked up safe. Thank you Palmer U-haul!
Everything was great except for a mechanical issue. On speeds 50mph and over, when you apply brake, the steering wheel would shimmy violently. Even worse if I was going around a corner and applied brake. I just tried not to use brake much during trip. I was on a deadline and didn't have time to have it looked at.
The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The contract process, pick up, and drop off were all simple and smooth. Another great experience for me. I also enjoy the best storage units for the price at this UHaul indoor storage facility. Things stay clean in my unit and I see no evidence of rodents. The building is very clean, especially the restroom.
