Planned to rent a UBox, and the original manager who worked on making a contract gave us a set timeline for having it packed - then we went to pick it up and the man working that day Chris (who clearly had no clue how to do his job) gave us COMPLETELY different instructions and told us we only had a day to pack it up instead of the week we were told. Order a car trailer on the 1st of July came to pick it up and they didn't have it after I came in yesterday to make sure. With was July 8.Pick up the 9. And no trailer. This is how you do business you should not be in business. So very disstafid no reason it wasn't available. The young boy at the counter was so rude. Not helpful at all He needs to stay in the shop.
It was super fast and super easy. Only a few minutes
There were 5 marker lights out on the trailer. We also did not get the trailer on the contract and was call the next day to verify which trailer we had. We think that one of the tires were low because it hauled terribly.
