At U-Haul for 2.5 hours. Didn’t get a call day before like I was supposed to. Show up and the trailer lights didn’t work. The hooked up another trailer that did work and come to find out they couldn’t let me use that one. I asked them to hook up the trailer tha didn’t work and I ended up fixing it myself. They had the trailer that I was supposed to rent under someone else’s name. No manager on site so they had to keep on calling the manager that would only answer half the time. Patty at the front desk was unbelievably helpful and patient. She escorted to my storage unit and explained how to get into the building during and after hours. When I got to the storage unit I realized I reserved the wrong size and needed to upgrade. I was so embarrassed. She made my feel at ease and walked me back to the office AND than back to a different storage unit. Patty made me feel truly appreciated as a customer.
