The gentleman who answered the phone (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was helpful, knowledgeable and gave me great customer service!
DO NOT COME HERE AND RENT UBOXES!!! Unsure if she works out of this office because uhaul has given zero answers, but the traffic manager Ariel Goldrup is an awful person to deal with. Zero customer service skills. Answered the phone and was immediately confrontational and aggressive. Ordered uboxes that were set to be delivered to me by the 29th, 29th came and went and no one could tell me where my stuff was. Should have been in Maine on the 25th. If they still had the old manager id give this place 1 star but the new manager had really turned things around and the staff she has in there now is wonderful very friendly and helpful
At U-Haul for 2.5 hours. Didn’t get a call day before like I was supposed to. Show up and the trailer lights didn’t work. The hooked up another trailer that did work and come to find out they couldn’t let me use that one. I asked them to hook up the trailer tha didn’t work and I ended up fixing it myself. They had the trailer that I was supposed to rent under someone else’s name. No manager on site so they had to keep on calling the manager that would only answer half the time.
