Simply put, Tarren is amazing. Unprompted, she went above and beyond helping me get a somewhat cumbersome return ready to go. She offered various options, then helped me rework a box to save me on buying a bunch of packing peanuts to fill up the space. She also taped it all up and helped load it back into my vehicle. U-Haul, give Tarren a raise or a promotion or both.
Quick and easy. Last thing I want to do when there’s work to be done is sit and wait for the checkout process to unfold!
I put the keys in the drop box before realizing the truck window was still down 🤦♀️ I called after hours for some assistance, he contacted the GM, and I was very impressed on how professional management was. He got to the store within minutes, was very kind even though this was my fault.
The process was fast and easy. Tera did an amazing job at getting us our truck and explaining everything. She was very professional and personable. I highly recommend this U-Haul location.
