The local staff are usually very accommodating, but "corporate" uHaul is a very not-customer-friendly organization to deal with! I tried to prepay for a year, but asked for a discount of even 5% (military orders). They wouldn't do it. Considering they pay 3-5% in credit card fees alone, you would think they would offer me some type of break. Nope! Then, I wanted to move out 1 day into the next month's rental period. Would they pro-rate anything off my $200 monthly rent? Again, no way! Talk about being inflexible in an econom... read more
