Paid for my storage $141 a month for 8 months I go today and everything was covered in mice poop and pee even big chunks of rat poop in one corner. I am beyond disgusted had to leave everything. Tried to move a box that didn’t look so bad and there were mice squeaking inside Posted on Facebook my experience and apparently I’m not the only one to experience this

Absolutely terrible experience with U-Haul. We had a confirmed reservation for a one-way truck rental, and they CANCELLED IT LAST MINUTE — with no warning and no help finding an alternative. We were left completely stranded in the middle of a major move. Not only did this ruin our plans, but we also lost money on the entire situation, including non-refundable costs. The building is clean, safe, and secure. Having complimentary carts to use is a bonus. The only downside is the amount of parking available. The manager where I rented the locker from (Mc Phillips) is really nice and extremely helpful as well.
