My interactions with several members of the staff here were excellent. They are very professional, courteous, and nice to deal with. Although the truck was very used and quite old, it was in fantastic mechanical condition and drove great on the highway.
Everyone at this U-Haul location is amazing to work with. Kind, helpful & professional. I rent a lot of trucks for work from different locations and this one by far exceeds any U-Haul I've ever been to. The facility is clean, the trucks/ vans are spotless and upkept. If I could rate this 100/10, I would. Ryan, Henry, Heidi, Jack, Jamal & Chris- you're all wonderful. Thank you so much for all your help all the time.
This place is really good for Moving but seriously if your going to rent one of these trucks and I mean any of them don’t be taking it on Hudson St Northborough under the bridge if you don’t know how to maneuver it through the bridge in the middle. Please seek alternative routes you have Allen St right there before the bridge you can take to get to the center of town you can even take Boundary street as well to get to the center of town! It’s common sense. Thanks
