Customer service was excellent, but the vehicle? When did U-Haul stop offering trucks with contemporary features, such as bluetooth connectivity, power locks, windows, etc.? Was a grim trip driving from MA to Philly without being able to operate features handsfree. Was a brand new truck but was like driving one from the '70s.
Staff is always very nice and helpful. The very large building is clean and organized.
