I have rented a lot of uhauls over the years and a handful of storage units and this location as well as any I have been to have honestly had the best customer service. I work in customer service myself and have for a long time. Everyone is always straight to the point but nice and helpful. I think this is what people really want over fluff.
Jamal the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable of all the equipment and services offered.
This review for “specifically for uhaul at the bearfoot location and is by no means a generalization of uhaul “. Having said that . This place is excellent. The staff are courteous, the storage is very well maintained. Bathrooms clean . Storage halls well lit. Easy car access . and reasonably priced . I cant think of anything bad here . I have used other storage places in the area and by far i found this to be the best place to put stuff .
The customer service at this location is incredible!!
