Affordable storage
The staff (a gentleman) was extra helpful even though he was busy. He deserves a raise for his multi-tasking skills, professionalism, and courtesy for others...
Went to rent a small unit yesterday, when I checked out the unit at this location, the door was frozen shut, and the unit was already flooded, there was no chance I was going to put anything in a unit that’s already flooded. According to other reviews the gate has not been functional for years, when I rented the unit, staff told me “they’re fixing it right now” but no one was there fixing it at all that day. This is a dishonest company that no doubt should be sued for negligence over any damage or theft that occurs to renter... read more
It is absolutely awful homeless people are living in the units, they're breaking into units and stealing things and none of the managers want to do anything about it
