Went to rent a small unit yesterday, when I checked out the unit at this location, the door was frozen shut, and the unit was already flooded, there was no chance I was going to put anything in a unit that’s already flooded. According to other reviews the gate has not been functional for years, when I rented the unit, staff told me “they’re fixing it right now” but no one was there fixing it at all that day. It is absolutely awful homeless people are living in the units, they're breaking into units and stealing things and none of the managers want to do anything about it
Too many issues during the winter followed by flooding and my boxes getting moldy with some few items in it. Luckily I thought ahead going into it thinking that this was a horrendous storage unit. Need to be closed.
