The manager at this location is a complete jerk he made promises to me and then went back on them he told me that he was going to wipe my balance clean and then just sent me an invoice not too long ago months after I emptied my storage unit he made me a deal and then took it back and then made me another deal and then didn't do his part and I will never again use U-Haul for anything even if I absolutely have to lose everything I own.

The storage facility and units are great but if you need assistance or need to contact this location they never answer the phone
