This is a great location, awesome customer service.
Great team here that was able to save us Saturday when our was changed to a closed location in town and key pickup wasn’t possible. They were able to cancel the other reservation and get us into a truck quickly.
The only word to describe my experience with U-Haul is OUTSTANDING! The process to rent a truck and storage unit was easy… and changes were never a problem… right up to and including the day of the move. The truck and facilities we used were immaculate. Everyone I spoke with was intelligent, had common sense, was well trained and versed in U-Haul options and operations… and everyone actually understood and spoke English! Go figure!
