The worst service I've ever faced. Never recommend
06/24/26. Rented a vehicle for approximately 3 hours to move a couch. Odometer on vehicle and on contract was off. They wanted to charge me for additional miles I never drove until confronted with photo proof. Gas tank levels in the car and on the contract was off. They wanted to charge me for unpaid fuel until confronted with proof. Price charged for km and what was actually charged was off. Dear U-Haul Management, I am extremely disappointed with the way my confirmed reservation has been handled. I reserved a trailer at your North Vancouver location on June 17 for a camping trip beginning June 22. Based on that reservation, I made commitments to my family, my children, and three other families who are traveling with us. Now, only days before departure, I am being told that the trailer I reserved is not available. This is unacceptable. A reservation is supposed to provide certainty. Absolutely terrible experience with this location and UHaul in general. Truck I rented had a hole in the roof and I had a number of things damaged. Ended up costing more than the rental to replace and UHaul didn't help at all. Rent from literally anywhere else.
