I had a very good experience with their team, both sales and Handover team. Explanations were clear, fees, T&C, even when I asked for a clean 10’ trucks to move my mattresses, they let me to see some stock & choose. They also lent 3 blankets to protect my mattress. Return process was so smooth as well!
The U-Haul app sucks — I couldn’t start my reservation pickup because of a bug (I couldn’t even click “Continue” on the app!), but the staff was very helpful at the counter and during both truck pickup and drop-off. Positive: During the pick up, a gentleman helped clean the windshield so I could see through clearly. That was nice. Another negative was the strong gas odour inside the truck.
