I rented a trailer today from this location and it was absolutely horrible. Brain B. has got to be the worst person imaginable to be representing U-Haul. He messed the rental contract up at least 6 times, asking for my ID and phone number 7-10 times. He insisted I had to return it to a location that was an hour away from where I am going. Two weeks ago I rented a trailer and was able to return it to a location less than two blocks from where I am moving. Guys did excellent job even though their system was down they still manage to get me and other customers that were there on our way with our reservation Great Job 👍🏽
Made reservation online. Sent photo of drivers license, put in card info when we went to pick up had to do it all again.
