I am so pleased with the gentleman that has assisted my husband and I the last two times we’ve been in. Brian has been awesome! He handled our experience perfectly! Not only was he very chill. He was calm and courteous with the customers ahead of that were getting frustrated with the wait time. Last Sunday there was a huge line of customers and Brain was the only employee working. This location has the worst customer service EVER!! Unprofessional, over talking with a degrading tone. Very poor behavior!
Was provided excellent customer service! I have a broken leg and the store manager Jeff made the rental process much easier! He gave me his cell number and I was able to text him because I had to change the rental pick up date several times . I highly recommend this U-Haul location!
Better than the one off lake street in aurora worth the drive
