I paid the extra money to have them load a vehicle and attach the auto transport to the moving truck. The employee never got in the truck to check to see if the system was properly connected. The next day I was pulled over by law enforcement for not having the lights correctly working, which is a huge safety issue. Battery died after taking the truck home. However the roadside assistance was amazing and kept me up to date thru the whole process! U-Haul has always been my choice and I will always support them.
We had uhaul boxes planned for a cross country move more a month in advance. When they picked them up and got the containers to minot everything was in order including multiple phone calls confirming it would arrive the following day by noon. The day of the supposed delivery they call and tell us it will not be happening two hours before they were supposed to arrive when we already took time off of work and arranged for help from our family.
