My experience from making the initial reservation to dropping of the vehicle was excellent! The staff was absolutely awesome and the store was very organized and clean!
This has turned out to be an absolute nightmare for me. I’d used them once and there seemed to be no issues. However, this recent interaction has been terrible. First off, I will add that everything installed on my car and trailer was done so by their employees. The first issue I noticed was that the chains from the trailer to the vehicle was too low. I had commented on it and even tried to help (in which I was told not to). They had mentioned something about how the chains needed 3 in or clearance from the ground. At best i... read more
