The staff was great they had what we needed very fast. Even offered a ride back to the auto repair shop after the rental.
Very polite lady working the desk. We had truck issues and had to use a U-Haul for two days till ours was fixed. She even drove us to the shop where our truck was.
Have to give a shout out to Brandy!!! A little over a week ago I was fleeing from domestic violence and Brandy went above and beyond to help me. They didn't have the tow dolly we needed at the north broadway location and she made many phone calls to help connect us to one so that I could make it home. I wouldn't have been able to get home without her help! Give this lady a raise.
I just wanted to give a shout out to BRANDY and the other ladies at Uhaul today. Everyone was pleasant, especially under the unfortunate circumstances with malfunctioning issues today. And due to some inconsiderate customers today, we were delayed in getting our trailer, the staff was very accommodating to us.
