This place is terrible, thank god I will never have to go to them again, if you ever get a full sized trailer from them… don’t. They don’t maintain them and they don’t do proper maintenance on them. They gave me a faulty, trashy trailer to travel 1700 miles with and it almost caused a major accident. The bearing broke on it and the axel caught fire. They don’t care about their equipment and they definitely don’t care about the customers.
Had a quick and pleasant experience doing buisness, staff was very nice and professional.

Review reflects more on Uhaul as a whole rather than this specific store..for that review see previous below. Don’t waste your time nor money with U-Haul. Save yourself the headache and just book a Penske truck. If you reserve it with Penske over 24 hours in advance they guarantee to get a truck to you by that date/time.
